At Javedify, we strive to provide excellent services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds for our digital marketing and web development services are subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment
  • No refunds once work has commenced on the project
  • Partial refunds may be considered for uncompleted work
  • Setup fees and third-party costs are non-refundable

2. Hosting & Domain Refunds

  • Domain registration fees are non-refundable once registered
  • Hosting fees are refundable within 3 days of purchase if service not used
  • SSL certificates are non-refundable after issuance

3. E-commerce Account Management

  • Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho account setup fees are non-refundable
  • Monthly management fees are refundable if service is cancelled before month starts
  • GST and government fees are non-refundable

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital products and downloadable content
  • Consultation fees
  • Rush or expedited service charges
  • Custom development work already delivered

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include reason for refund request
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for review
  4. Approved refunds processed within 10 business days
