1. Service-Based Refunds
Refunds for our digital marketing and web development services are subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment
- No refunds once work has commenced on the project
- Partial refunds may be considered for uncompleted work
- Setup fees and third-party costs are non-refundable
2. Hosting & Domain Refunds
- Domain registration fees are non-refundable once registered
- Hosting fees are refundable within 3 days of purchase if service not used
- SSL certificates are non-refundable after issuance
3. E-commerce Account Management
- Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho account setup fees are non-refundable
- Monthly management fees are refundable if service is cancelled before month starts
- GST and government fees are non-refundable

- Rush or expedited service charges
