Please read these terms carefully before using our services

1 Payment Terms & Grace Period

If the client delays the payment, a maximum grace period of 5 days will be provided.

If the payment is not completed within this period, the website will be taken down.


2 Package & Service Policy

  • All services must be taken as per the selected package on a one-time payment basis.
  • Partial payments are not applicable.
  • Any bugs or errors will be accepted and fixed.
  • However, new changes or modifications will only be considered during the development phase.

3 Support & Ticket System

For any support or assistance, you can raise a ticket through your user panel.

4 Cancellation & Refund Policy

There is no cancellation or refund policy.

If the work is completed and payment is still pending, only a 5-day grace period will be provided. After that, the website will be taken down.


5 Working Days

Sales Team

Monday to Sunday

(7 Days a Week)

Service & Support Team

Monday to Saturday

(6 Days a Week)


6 Post-Completion Change Policy

Once the work is marked as completed and you inform that payment will be made later:

  • Any further requests for changes or additional services will be treated as maintenance work.
  • These requests will not be considered part of the development phase, as completion has already been communicated.

7 Website Development Scope

The selected package includes a limit of 20 products in website development.

Any additional products or requirements beyond this limit will be considered as extra work.
